We can take a hint. 🙂 And actually, thanks for the idea about giving the copy to a friend. I’ve been avoiding most giveaways simply because I’m reading ebooks these days. But there are plenty of people around me still happily reading paper. There is no joy quite like handing a book to someone and saying “This is awesome. READ IT!”
Glad to be of service, I was thinking of how annoying it would be to talk up a giveaway to people who had already supported the book by pre-ordering, and this seemed to be the most useful way of doing it.
